A VISIT TO KAWANZARUWA PRIMARY SCHOOL

Date: 2009-11-10

Kawanzaruwa Primary School is situated about 29kms along Bulawayo road near Norton, and Rephat started ministering at the school when he was pastoring in Norton, before joining The Michael Project. As a result, a number of the teachers came to know the Lord and still invite Rephat†back to minister to the children. The school, which is built on a farm in the Norton area,†currently†has an enrolment of 264 pupils, 60 of whom are orphaned, and arrive for school† barefooted and with tattered clothes.

Rephat writes 'I prayed with the grade 7 class who were about to write their end of the year exams, and also challenged them that every success begins with God and that if they want to make it, they needed to put their faith in God first, I was happy to see all of them putting up their hands to receive Jesus as their Lord and Saivour.
I prayed for the whole school, I prayed for Godís wisdom upon the headmaster and his staff'.
